5 Weight Loss Tools For You!
Weight loss can be a difficult task and some days it may just seem like you are not making any progress what so ever! But don’t despair there are many things out there to help you along your path to weight loss.

3. Run Fat Boy: Yes we know its an odd name but Run Fat Boy is a web based self-pace personal training web site. After each workout, log the results. Run Fat Boy will give you recommendations for your next workout helping you along the way to permanent weight loss!

5. Garmin 305 GPS Heart Rate Monitor: I think this is the coolest of all the resources. It will track how fast your heart is pumping when you’re working out, helping you figure out how hard you’re training. The best part is the GPS system tells you your pace in real-time and can be exported to show you the path you ran on Google Maps.
