Dear Self… You’ve Been Slacking Part 1

This is a letter to myself because lately I have been slacking off at the gym. Work has been taking up a lot of my time in addition to a few golf vacations here and there. At my peak a month+ ago I weighed in at 175lbs max bench 245lbs, squatting 275lbs and over all I believed myself to be in good physical condition. Well I started to slack off, only going once or twice a week and really not eating all that much because I had no time. (Lame excuse I know).

Well just today I walked into the gym and gasped when I stepped on the scale… 165lbs! Down 10lbs in the last month+ or so. For all you out there that are trying to lose weight that must sound fantastic but to me, a hard gainer, it’s disastrous.

So no longer am I slacking off. I picked up a 10lbs bucket of Muscle Juice which is a meal replacement shake that my location nutrition store recommended. I also picked up a bottle of D-drol a pro-hormone that should help me in my goal to get back up to 175/180lbs mark.  I have never tried D-drol before but I have read fantastic things about it online and I have tried S-drol before and D-drol has S-drol in it along with some additional ingredients.

I am going to be posting my progress for the next month or so for anyone interested in trying D-drol and seeing the gains that it can give a hard gainer like myself.
