Dear Self… You’ve Been Slacking Part 2

Well its been about a week since my initial slacker post and I am glad to say I have gotten my butt in gear and back in the gym on a regular basis. Sometimes life can suddenly get in the way and thats okay every once in awhile you need to take a break from the  gym to prevent a complete burnout which I was quickly approaching. It also makes me realize how quickly you can start to lose your gains. I went from 173ish down to 165 in little over three weeks.

So I’ve begun my bulking routine combined with Muscle Juice and d-drol. After about a week I am up to 168lbs and quickly gaining my mass back. Fortunately my extended break from the gym didn’t cause much strength loss, just weight loss.

My bench is currently around 215, squat 225.

I will keep posting my weight / lifts and see how this combination of Muscle Juice and d-drol works for hard gainers like myself.

i was just wonderin if you are goin to still post up your review because i cant find any reviews on this sup and i would like to try it but just not sure about the product.

Actually yes I am going to post my reviews I have been taking it now for 2 weeks or so and so far I haven’t notice it to be any better than straight s-drol. The label on the d-drol says it contains s-drol and looks to be the same dosage so I can only image it would be better but so far thats not the case.

Are you a hard gainer or you just looking to add strength?

I might have written earlier on s-drol I jumped like 10lbs in weight and saw massive strength gains. So far with d-drol I have improvements in both but not the sheer amount I got with straight s-drol. Could be due to changes in my diet / schedule but so far d-drol hasn’t gotten me to impressed.

Just an update Brad. I am still on the d-drol current weight is about 170lbs and bench max is probably up around 225 squats about 245.. Compared to my last time with s-drol I really haven’t been focusing as much on my diet which is what I attribute to the diminished effects as compared to my last round with s-drol. I think if I had to go about it again I would ditch the d-drol and go straight to the s-drol seems to have worked better. On the bottle d-drol is supposed to have as much s-drol in it….. in addition to some other stuff but I really don’t think its worth it so far… stick with the s-drol in my opinion. I got about 15 more days of the d-drol and then its over with.. I’ll wait a few months and go back on an s-drol.

Remember its always best to spread these cycles out over a couple months.. You only get one liver and these are methalayed substances.
