I don’t know about the rest of you but the music at my gym is absolutely awful. I cannot tell you how many times I have been trying to max out, or squeeze out that last rep when Carrie Underwood - Before He Cheats comes out over the speakers and totally kills any motivation I may have.
So here you have it folks the first workout play list in a long list to come. The first workout play list is Techno, but there will be different genre’s to come.
