My Second 300 Workout Attempt
My first attempt at the 300 Workout was a real eye opener! I have been hitting the gym for the last several years and consider myself to be in decent physical shape. Cardio and High Intensity Training (HIT) was never really a part of my workouts because I was like many people, focused on asthetics. Recently I have made the change towards workouts that push you both in strength and intensity. The 300 Workout is a great workout that hits all parts of your body with little rest and will require you to complete 300 reps of various exercises.
I am proud to say that I completed the 300 Workout with my second attempt. The last 25 pull ups in the workout were extremely difficult and I had to break it down into several sets but the point is to complete the reps and I did just that. Completing the 300 Workout was extremely satisfying and I encourage everyone to give it a shot!
On a side note if you are a female and you think the 300 Workout is a workout designed just for guys think again. This last workout I went with my roommate and his sister who was visiting from Florida. She is a cardio queen and has never really lifted weights before but she gave it a shot with the two of us. Afterwards I asked her what she thought about it and she loved it!
