Dear Self… You’ve Been Slacking Part 3

lazy.jpgI guess the title now is pretty misleading because lately I have been going pretty regularly and I am back on track. My current weight is at about 169/170 depending on the time of day (target goal 175). Which is up from when I started a few weeks ago around 164/165, My diet has improved and the drink mix Muscle Juice which I mix with my Sundesa Shaker Cup gives me an extra 1200 calories per shake has certainly contributed to my gained weight.

Since the weather is getting nice out (I am in Rhode Island) I think that I will start to try and incorporate more outdoor activities into my physical fitness. My roommate has made mention to competing in a triathlon which could be a great goal to pursue. He also just purchased a new mountain bike and has expressed great interest in mountain biking. I have a Cannondale F600 that I hardly ever use so perhaps I will pull that out as an alternative to spending hours in a musky gym basement.

A question to you all…

In the summer what do you do for out door activities that could replace a few trips to the gym?

I think its a great idea for you to incorperate some physical activitied in to your diet. In order to get fit for summer i had to shed a few pounds and get back into shape for my hols. i read a blog on blogspot about a great system designed to combine dieting and physical workouts and it was fantastic.maybe you should take a peek at my blog at sahralou23.blogspot.com. Thanks I will check out the blog. Summer is definitely the time to get in shape… Sucks that I started slacking off right when it started to get warm. But I am back on track and really looking to shed a few fat pounds and gain some muscle pounds!
